What this audience should prioritize

In a distributed workforce, a single company-wide engagement score hides the story. Leaders need results split by site, country or region to see where morale is slipping, and survey windows have to suit people who start and finish work hours apart.

HiBob is positioned for companies of 100 to 1,000 employees with distributed or multi-country teams, combining HR records with engagement surveys, pulse checks and eNPS. It has no native payroll, relying on a payroll hub that connects to outside providers. Officevibe, by contrast, lacks demographic segmentation and organizational heat-mapping, which limits comparisons between locations.

At larger scale, Qualtrics runs several listening programs side by side with statistical driver analysis, at an estimated $15,000 a year for small organizations up to about $120,000 a year at 1,000 employees. Peakon offers continuous listening and attrition prediction that improve with Workday HCM data. Culture Amp provides industry benchmarking for mid-market and enterprise firms at an estimated $5 to $9 PEPM for Engage.

Frequently asked questions

Is Peakon a good fit without Workday?

It works standalone, with contracts estimated from about $20,000 a year, but its attrition prediction and driver analysis depend on Workday compensation, tenure and performance data for full accuracy. Organizations outside Workday that also want performance management may get more from Culture Amp or Lattice.
