Infor GenAI is an add-on to a platform decision already made. If your HR, payroll and workforce scheduling run on Infor HCM and Infor WFM, the embedded use cases save typing inside screens your people already use, and the Knowledge Hub gives them one place to ask questions about policy documents. If you run Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, there is nothing here for you.

The honest picture as of September 2026 is mixed maturity. Infor made GenAI Embedded Experiences generally available on October 1, 2024, across its US-East, Frankfurt and Sydney AWS regions. The GenAI Assistant, the chat interface that works across several systems at once, is still listed by Infor as limited availability. Infor's marketing energy has since moved to Industry AI Agents and an Agentic Orchestrator sold through Velocity Suite.
